Parties

The subscriber is a business or sole trader that sells on Amazon and creates an Ayutor account.

Service description

Ayutor helps Amazon sellers in Italy, Germany, France and Spain find profitable products from suppliers such as Qogita, calculates margin and FBA fees, and works through Amazon’s Selling Partner API with the seller’s authorization.

The subscription includes Ayutor Calculator (Chrome extension), Marketboard, Qogita Bot, Analyzer, and CRM. Qogita Bot currently runs in Telegram for selected marketplaces.

Amazon authorization

You authorize Ayutor to access your Amazon seller data via SP-API only while you maintain the authorization in Seller Central. You are responsible for the accuracy of your Amazon account and for complying with Amazon’s policies.

Ayutor is not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon and Selling Partner API are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Trial and payment

The first 14 days are free unless we state otherwise at signup. After the trial, the subscription is €100 per month excluding VAT unless we agree a different price in writing.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You must provide valid payment details before the trial ends to continue, or cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time in your Ayutor account. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise at checkout.

We do not refund partial months except where required by mandatory consumer law. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You use Ayutor only for lawful business purposes.

Purchasing, listing, and pricing decisions are yours. Ayutor provides analytics and tools; it does not guarantee profit or Amazon account approval.

Calculations and liability

Profit, fee, and cart calculations rely on Amazon, Qogita, and supplier data and on values you enter. Amazon fees and reports may be provisional until Amazon settles them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayutor is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss of business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at /privacy/ describes how we process personal data and SP-API data. By using Ayutor you acknowledge that policy.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. We will post material changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Courts in Italy have exclusive jurisdiction for business subscribers, subject to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer.
